Orders processed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.  Tracking information will be provided with each order once your order has shipped.  While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Wellness Plan Members (Subscription Program)
Patients enrolled in an active wellness or subscription-based program receive complimentary shipping on all orders associated with their plan.

À La Carte Purchases (Non-Subscription Orders) Patientswho are not enrolled in an active wellness plan, or who make purchases outside of their subscription program, will incur a flat shipping fee of $25 on orders totaling under $200.
